Click the Share button in the top right. Enter the email of the person you want to invite and choose their role:
If they already have a Precut account, they'll be added instantly. If not, they'll receive an invitation by email.
Enable Share Footages in the Share panel to automatically sync all your footage files to every invited user's computer. Perfect for working with an editor or a filming crew — everyone always has the latest files.
The sync works in both directions. As soon as someone adds a new file, it's automatically sent to everyone sharing the project.
Once your collaborators are in, you can all edit the script at the same time. You'll see their cursor and selection live in the editor, with their name attached.
The list of people currently online is visible in the top right of the screen. Click on a name to jump directly to where they are in the script.
Use the Chat panel to review the script with your team.
Select any part of the script and click the chat icon to attach a message to that specific moment. Your collaborators can reply in context — click any reference in the chat to jump directly to that part of the script.
